I only need a single logo for my business. Can you help?
We're big believers in the power of a visual identity. It allows business owners and brands to live with a strong visual presence and offers complete cohesion. For this reason, we do not offer single logo delivery or design.
Can you do it right now?
Rush services are not available. We highly recommend booking ahead of time.
How do I book a service?
To book a service, complete our client application form. Once your application has been submitted you will receive an email regarding acceptance.

Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! We understand that flexibility in payment can be essential to new businesses. All of our projects require a 50% deposit to book time in our work calendar, the remainder of your project balance can be paid in installments leading up to your delivery or launch date. We never want budget constraints to disuade you from working with us, so please we're always happy to create plans that work best for us both.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
This varies on a project-to-project basis and depends on a number of factors. Some of these factors may include: revisions, the number of deliverables, etc.
Project timelines are sent in your onboarding packet and will be subject to adjustment based on a number of factors. Additional information regarding project turnarounds, and any associated fees or penalties, can be found in your onboarding packet.
Can I get a refund on my order?
DYM ENAII CREATIVE AGENCY does not provide refunds for any services. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead, does not qualify for a refund. Once the payment has been made, the payment is non-refundable.
What platform do you use for web design?
At this time, we predominantly offer web design through Wix, Shopify, and GoDaddy
Does my deposit count towards my project?
Of course! The deposit paid is applied to the total project balance.
Why was my application rejected or waitlisted?
Applications may be turned down for a number of reasons:
1. I'm here to help you GET your bag, not block it. One of the main reasons applications get rejected is that I don't feel that Dyn Enaii Creative Agency is the best brand stylist for your brand's dream team.
2. Burnout isn't a good look. Brand styling and design are a very intimate processes. To be sure you and your brand have 110% of my focus, attention, and creative energy, I accept only a few clients at a time, per quarter.

Why is my project so costly?
Branding is an investment, not a cost! Think of it this way: when I get paid, you do too! The results you'll see from working with investing in sustainable branding here at Dym Enaii Creative Agency, not only will save you thousands in the long run, but you'll feel so confident showing up as the Brand Boss you are--you'll be booked & busy in no time!
My project was accepted! What now?
Yay! I can't wait to work with you! Once your application is accepted, I offer an optional complimentary 15-minute "Ask Me Anything" session, so we can get questions out of the way. Following this call (or right away if you opt out), you will receive your onboarding packet, with your project contract, the invoice for your project deposit, and important information you'll need for the design process. You will also be given a checklist with information that I'll need to complete your project. Once the content from this checklist is received and confirmed, the deliverables will begin!
